Get ready to light up the neighborhood and bring the festive cheer! This FREE and fun contest is for the CountrySide neighborhood in Sterling, VA. This year, I’m thrilled to offer two $100 prizes for the best-decorated homes—one for a townhome and one for a single-family home.
HOW TO ENTER:
Before December 14, click the link above to enter your home into the contest. Voting will open on December 15th, so be sure to have your lights ready to impress! If you have a neighbor with a great display, please let them know about this contest or nominate them. It is completely free and all about bringing the community together.
On December 15th, I will publish a map and a list of all of the homes that have entered the contest to the HOA sites and on my website.
HOW TO WIN:
Voting will begin on December 15 and run through December 29th. Neighbors and visitors to the neighborhood will be able to vote online for their favorite townhouse and their favorite single family home. The homes with the most votes, win.
The winners will be announced on Dec. 30th. The winner of each category will receive a $100 gift card of their choosing or, if they prefer, a donation to their favorite charity in their name.
