Trust Julie to sell your home! Julie was a consummate and skilled professional. She really knows the market and knows exactly what you should do and not do to your home to sell it quickly and for the most money the market will bear. We were so impressed with Julie's use of online advertising, social media and online agent networking. Julie also advised us on what changes to make and which changes not to bother with before our house went on the market, saving us money and time. Julie's use of a professional photographer for the listing helped showcase our house at it's best! She had agents and buyers interested in our house before it even hit the market. Gosh! I don’t even know where to begin because there are so many positives about having Julie as my realtor. I’ll start with that I highly recommend Julie Bowman if you are on the lookout for a new home. Julie was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so grateful for that. She lives in the area I was looking, so Julie was extremely knowledgeable of the area and surrounding areas. She is prompt in responding to questions I had, and was always available to tour homes. After she learned more about me and what I was looking for she would send me listings to make sure I had seen or checked it out. I was new at this and sort of at it solo, so Julie became someone that I fully trusted and valued her opinion, especially when I was hesitant or questioning something. She is so organized and emailed reminders and lists of all the things that needed to be done at certain, which was so helpful. You knew you wouldn’t miss deadline, especially when getting closer to the closing. She became a friend to me, and I was sad when the process was over, but SO HAPPY that she was able to help me find the PERFECT house! I found JUST what I was looking for! Call Julie!
