I was licensed in real estate in 2014 and have built my business serving clients throughout Northern Virginia, with deep expertise in the Sterling and CountrySide communities. Having lived in the area for over two decades and helped more than 70 families buy and sell in CountrySide alone, I bring a strong understanding of local neighborhoods, market trends, and the details that impact value.

Before real estate, I worked as a PMP certified IT Project Manager. That background shapes how I run my business today. I bring a high level of organization, communication, and strategic planning to every transaction. From preparing a home for market with professional presentation to navigating negotiations and timelines, my process is thoughtful, structured, and results focused.
