Countryside Neighborhood Market Stats

Oct. 29, 2017

Here is what has been happening for the last 90 days in Countryside Home Sales as we wrap up the summer market in 2017.

Countryside Home Sales

So what do these numbers all mean?  It means that we are still in a seller’s market.  There are not a lot of homes for sale and there are lots of buyers looking for homes in this price range in our neighborhood.   If a home is priced right (not over priced), it will sell in a few days.  The average here looks high for single family homes because there was one home that was on the market for 168 days and another home was on the market for 50 days.  In most cases, homes are selling within 8 or 9 days.

If you are thinking about selling, I recommend reading these two blog posts about selling in a seller’s market.  It may help answer a few questions you have.
